Using his blend of ancient healing and modern technology, he works hard at preventing the bane of every horseman - lameness.
Dr. Emery grew up helping his older brother with his farm, working with swine and cattle; however, the horses drew his attention. Dr. Emery enjoys traveling to national parks with his wife, Kandy, and his three kids, Jake, Dan, and Hannah. He also enjoys swimming, biking, running, paddling, and climbing - he loves competing in endurance sports! Dr. Emery's personal philosophies include:
"Always look for ways to improve"
and
"Balance self-family-work"
