Michelle takes care of the office at BLLA. She has been with the clinic since May of 2000, when she was a vet assistant and office worker. She became strictly office personnel in May of 2004.
In her free time (ha ha!) she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her kids and her animals - taking in the Peacefulness of Nature. She grew up on a small farm in Ceresco, Michigan, where they fed out cattle and hogs. And, of course, she had a few horses (or "hay burners" as her father says!), to ride when she got a chance. She thanks her grandparents for the wonderful farming experience they have given her. A lot of fond memories were created from this!
Michelle received her Bachelor of Animal Science from Michigan State University in 2000. She is a member of the Calhoun County 4-H program, rides horses, plays recreational soccer and softball, and helps with her kids school programs and recreational teams. She is married to Chad and has two wonderful children - Drew and Michalla.
